🛒 Ingredients:
- 500g Chicken Thighs
- 1 jar Tikka Masala Simmer Sauce (500g)
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 1 tbsp chopped coriander (for garnish)
- Optional: 1 tbsp yoghurt or coconut cream for extra richness
👨🍳 Instructions:
- Sear the chicken: Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add chicken thighs and brown on both sides (about 3–4 mins per side).
- Add aromatics: Toss in chopped onion and sauté until soft.
- Simmer: Pour in Tikka Masala Sauce. Cover and simmer for 20–25 minutes until chicken is cooked through and tender.
- Finish: Stir in yoghurt or coconut cream if desired. Garnish with chopped coriander.
