- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp soy sauce (optional, for depth)

- Wooden or metal skewers
Optional Add-ons:
- Bell peppers, onions, or zucchini chunks for skewering

- Skewer: Thread pork onto skewers, alternating with vegetables if using.
- Grill Pan: Heat pan over medium-high, cook skewers 3–4 mins per side until caramelized and cooked through (internal temp ~70°C).
- Oven Bake: Preheat oven to 200°C. Place skewers on a lined tray, bake 20–25 mins, turning once, until golden and sticky.
- Serve: Brush with extra BBQ sauce before serving.
🍽️ Serving Suggestions:
- Pair with roasted potatoes or a crisp slaw
- Serve with garlic bread or flatbreads
- Great with a cold beer or chilled red wine
✨ Pro Tip:
Soak wooden skewers in water for 30 mins before cooking to prevent burning. Iberico pork’s natural marbling keeps the skewers juicy—don’t overcook.
