🛒 Ingredients:
- 450–500g pork tenderloin
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp honey
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp dried thyme or rosemary
- ½ tsp smoked paprika
- ½ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp black pepper

- Lower heat: Add butter and garlic, cook 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Glaze: Stir in honey and soy sauce. Turn pork to coat, simmer 3–4 mins until glossy.
- Finish: Cover and cook 5–6 mins until internal temp reaches 63°C.
- Rest & slice: Rest 5 mins, then slice into medallions and spoon glaze over the top.
🍽️ Serving Suggestions:
- With garlic mashed potatoes and green beans
- Over steamed rice with extra glaze
- In wraps or bowls with crunchy slaw
✨ Pro Tip:
For the best caramelisation, don’t move the pork too early — let each side sear properly before flipping. The honey glaze thickens fast, so keep the heat medium to avoid burning.
