We’ve been around for years, quietly building a loyal base through WhatsApp and word of mouth. Only recently have we stepped into the online world with a website and social media presence. Our customer base may be smaller than some, but it’s loyal—and that means everything to us.
We don’t believe in flashy sales or gimmicks. We’d rather invest in quality sourcing, reliable service, and honest pricing than spend our time crafting promotions. That might mean we’re less visible—but it also means we’re more consistent.
And we’ll be honest: we don’t get it right every single time—no one does. But when we do get it wrong, we listen, we learn, and we fix it. That’s our promise.

When we calculate pricing, we factor in several things—not just the cost of the product, but also competitor pricing, and the realities of life in Hong Kong. We know that many homes have limited fridge and freezer space, and not everyone can commit to bulk orders. That’s why we aim to offer fair pricing on single portions and smaller packs—without penalizing customers for buying modestly.

Yes, occasionally. Our model is built around freshness—we order weekly to keep our products as fresh as possible. Sometimes we overorder, receive the wrong product, or simply want to clear space. In those cases, we offer discounts. But they’re occasional, not strategic. We don’t rely on them to drive business.
